  • Oversaw a series of commercial spots for a large-scale client.

  • Executed every aspect of the end product and all deliverables, including but no limited to;

  • Directing each commercial spot.

  • Pre-Interviews and Interviews for prospective clients

  • Hiring crew, arranging all location arrangements, scouts, etc.

  • Direct liaison with all stakeholders, and departments.

  • Coordinated every actionable aspect of the entire series, from inception of initial commercial ideation to completion of distribution ready product.

Supervising Producer:                                                                                   FOX, HBO MAX, DISCOVERY CHANNEL, TIME WARNER, TLC - 2019-2023

  • Oversaw all aspects of both creative and logistical needs for projects ranging in scale.

  • Supervised the progress of all departments, tracking all objectives from inception to completion across every actionable item.

  • Direct liaison with vendors, internal and external crew, executive staff and Network.

  • Monitored the developmental course of projects by ensuring all deliverables, stunts, props, talent, vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, safety measures, legal and administrative elements, were in place, tested, rehearsed, and ready for shoot days.

  • Managed multiple teams of staff and Producers ranging from 3 to 30+ individuals, ensuring members of the team were aware of all needs for each respective shoot day.

  • Generated schedules, scripts, shooting manifests, tracking materials for respective shoot days.

  • Initialized all communications with potential crew, vendors, locations, government entities, and  local municipalities.

  • Developed and implemented schedules, scripts, shooting manifests, tracking materials for respective shoot days.

  • Managed digital and physical assets as needed.

Line Producer/Lead Production Manager: FOX, ABC, NBC, VH1, USA, BRAVO,
TLC, RED BULL - 2008 - 2013

  • Oversaw all aspects of vendor negotiations, materials, staging, locations, vehicles, and any other asset or service as needed.  

  • Orchestrated all staffing needs for crew, negotiated rates, and ran on set activity as needed.

  • Organized all administrative and local government paperwork, permits and needs, acting as main liaison for all departments.

  • Responsible for an average of $1,000,000 in assets, and materials for each shoot calendar/season.

  • Ran a team of 30-45 individuals for over 8 seasons of a major network television program.
